Lee Grubb has been a full charge, lead carpenter in the construction industry since 1972. Lee owned and operated ART Construction for 6 years prior to joining the Coastal team in 1990. Lee specializes in ceramic tile, as well as all other phases of carpentry. Lee handles most of the bathroom remodeling done by Coastal. Lee has produced projects that have won the Remodeling Award of Excellence from the Home Builders Association of Maryland.

Our skepticism quickly changed to optimism once Lee got started. He is, by far, the most detail oriented, professional and courteous Project Manager I have ever met. He made sure that each day the work area was left clean, trash was removed and that every precaution was taken to prevent damage to surrounding areas. Questions were answered promptly and any time there was a change or suggestion, he always consulted with my wife or me prior to beginning. Additionally his skill in installing ceramic tile is exceptional. He is a great asset to Coastal and represents your company very well.
