Coastal Builders Management   < Back John M. Watts, President, is the former owner of Home Technology Services, Inc., a residential remodeling and modular homebuilding firm that was closed in good standing when Mr. Watts joined Knecht Enterprises, Inc. He has been in the construction industry since 1983 and has over fifteen years experience in industrial production management. He and Mr. Knecht went on to found Coastal Builders, Inc. Mr. Watts holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore. Richard V. Campbell, Sales Manager, has been in the design/remodeling and construction industries since 1982. He is also recognized throughout the area as a leading expert in the restoration of fire and water damage. Mr. Campbell is a talented designer of home remodeling projects. He has a keen eye for accurately estimating the requirements and costs required for completing each project.
