It is my pleasure to again thank you and your company for doing a fantastic job on our most recent renovation. This last project was our fourth contract with you and our 2nd kitchen remodeling. Even though I've said it before, it cannot be repeated often enough—the job was done as we asked, the price was competitive, and the results were truly outstanding.

While you and Ron did the job of planning and turning our ideas into substance, it was our Lead Carpenter, Bruce Nelson, who truly made them a reality. Bruce had the patience to work the many angles in our kitchen without a hitch. His attention to detail, the fashion in which he solved any problem that arose, his ability to deal with the other contractors—plumber, electrician, countertop designer—were both efficient and thorough. After using your company for four major projects, and having Bruce as our Lead Carpenter on each, I actually feel as though Bruce is MY carpenter.

I think everything we need to do in our home is now done. But rest assured that if another need arises, we will call you (and Bruce) to do the work. No need to call for other bids. Your jobs have always been reasonably priced, professionally managed, expertly crafted and resulted in renovations that have made our house into a home that we are very proud to show to others.
